We first saw Pearl Lake in July and tried to book on for camping (fully booked) so we returned in September (our honeymoon) First night we camped in the tent, next day we asked if we could hire a caravan (due to the weather) and they took us to see Keepers Cottage as it was available. It was a dream come true (perfect honeymoon) thank you so much :) We would love to come back again, many thanks. PS. Fishing was great, Leigh caught the best fish - a 15lb carp. |

After a week staying here with the family I must confess I am fully chilled out, and this is due to the serene surroundings and the excellent facilities. I do not think I can find fault with any aspect of this park! |

A lovely, truly relaxing family break - ideal with all amenities needed at hand. It was perfect! We didn't need to leave the site with the children (and men!!) entertained with golf, park, football, and lovely clean cottage. Thank you. |

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish probably the best campsite we have ever stayed at.
On arrival we were shown to our pitch by very friendly staff and then left alone for the entire time we were there.
The grounds are well maintained and the pitches are spacious.
The toilet block was fresh and clean unklike a lot of the bigger sites we have been on.
The other fantastic thing about it was how they made dogs welcome with a massive field to go mad on and even a doggie shower and hair dryer.
The on-site pub was lovely and even welcomed our huge dog INSIDE the bar and we had one of the best meals we have had in a long time.
We have 2 children and they loved it especially the badminton court we we played on almost every night.
The only small niggle (and it is small) is the shop could do with longer opening hours.
If you need a relaxing break with no noisy and annoying clubhouses then this is the place for you if you want a place for you.
I would DEFINATELY reccommend this to anyone 10 out of 10 |

We have just returned yesterday from our stay at Rockbridge Park and thought I would drop you a line to comment on the simply faultless service that we have in this entire booking. That includes yourself, many thanks, and the welcome we received from Des and his wife was very warm. The ambience on the site was probably the best I have ever encountered and we are seasoned campers.
As for the site itself we had a great spot by the bridge over the stream and it was perfect. Our kids played in the stream, made friends with the residents and enjoyed the various walks around the surrounding countryside. My only hope is that this atmosphere is retained and that the site isn’t over developed. We spoke to other tourers on site and their shared our views above.
Thanks to all for a great weekend |

What a wonderful site. We loved everything about Poston Mill, the lovely setting, the spacious pitches, the river walk and of course the very well maintained toilet/shower block. Our children loved all the facilites on site especially being able to have a go on the pitch & putt course, the tennis, table tennis and even a game of Petange (boule) as well as the usual play area. We will definately be going back. |

We've just returned from a 3-night stay at Poston Mill Park and want to say how lovely the site is. It has immacculate grounds, well proportioned and maintained pitches and excellent recreational facilities for families, well positioned so as not to be a nuisance to caravans and tents. The staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Many other sites could well do with taking a leaf out of Poston Mill's site with a view to improving their own facilities. Oh! - to have standards like this everywhere!!! |

Stayed at Keepers Cottage-this property is fantastic-more of a lodge than a cottage! Hugh spacious rooms-all immaculate and lovely little touches such as complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee provisions.
Set in beautiful surroundings overlooking the golf course where bunnies and squirrels entertained us all day.
On site clubhouse with excellent food and very friendly staff.
We would highly recommend as the web site does not do this property justice.
Thank You for a wonderful holiday. |
